This Privacy Policy explains how Alek Crnogorac ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Calorie Critters mobile application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
The App shares data with the following service providers solely to deliver its features. We do not sell your personal information.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Food photos sent to Google's Gemini API are transmitted for the sole purpose of returning a nutrition estimate and are not used by us to build advertising profiles.
We retain your account and logged data until you delete your account. You can request account and data deletion at any time from within the App or by contacting us at support@caloriecritters.app. Upon deletion we remove your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access to stored data is restricted by row-level security policies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR/CCPA where applicable) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights contact support@caloriecritters.app.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
